Our paper-making felt has made it possible to run sheets at over 1,500 meters per minute without a single imperfection, thanks to technology that allows us to produce felts perfectly adapted to any type of paper through precision control of such characteristics as dewatering, surface finish, and wet paper transfer. And drawing upon the technological expertise we have been accumulating since we began making felts back in 1917, we are today actively involved in such new fields as heat-resistant felts for aluminum conveyor belts, felts for filters, synthetic textiles including forming mesh used in the wire parts of paper-making machines, and other industrial applications.
