PAPER-MAKING PRODUCTS

Forming Section

[Formation of paper web]

Raw materials which are a blend of 99% water and 1% fiber are ejected and dewatered on the forming wire to make paper web.
Press Section

[Dewatering of paper web]

The dewatered paper web from the forming section is conveyed onto felt to the next section while being continuously squeezed by roll pressing.
Dryer Section

[Drying of paper web]

The wet paper web is then conveyed onto a canvas to be heated by many cylinders of steam, and then dried.

Shoe Presses with New Technology

Shoe presses with a wide nip have better dewatering, by applying higher pressure and longer nip residence time.
